The ME03 Tcode is used for Display Source List. When we execuite the ME03 transction in SAP, that time RM_MEREQ_GUI program run in backend. ME03 transction code is belong to ME package.

Path - SPRO - Logestics - Material Management - purchasing - Purchase requisition - change purchase requisition (ME52N)
What is ME03 Tcode and how it is used?
ME03 Tcode is provides the acess to Display Source List. In ME03 Tcode, We put Material number, Plant code and Click on Enter Button then sysem show the that Source List of particular material.
In ME03 Tcode we have only access to Display Source List, here we not able to change any entry. If want to change any entry in Source list then used Tcode ME01.
